Some orders ask you to upload two government-issued photo IDs through a private link. Images are stored outside the public media library, access is restricted, and records may be kept for up to seven years for chargeback and legal purposes. We use them only to confirm the purchaser’s identity and to defend the transaction. Do not send IDs by ordinary email unless we ask you to.

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Hosting, email, analytics, and shipping partners may also receive the information they need to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies for the cart, checkout, language, and security. Performance or marketing cookies, if added later, will be described here and, where required, offered with a choice.

Order and tax records are kept for the period required by Canadian and Quebec law. Identity-verification images are retained for up to seven years, then reviewed for deletion or archival according to our legal obligations. Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and any related project.

Subject to the law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate data, and information about how it is used. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. Contact us first and we will respond within the time the law requires.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to orders and identity files is limited to staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we take commercially reasonable measures and will notify you of a confidentiality incident when the law requires it.

Our store is intended for adults purchasing cabinetry and renovation products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of the page will be revised when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the revised policy.
